Scottish Parking - Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings
   • Bookings will be deemed to be made when the booking and payment are processed on our website and a confirmation booking number has been issued.
   • All services are subject to availability
   • Scottish Parking reserve the right not to accept or fulfil a booking.
     
2. Payment and Price
   • The prices shown on the website are inclusive of vat.
   • Payment must be made by credit or debit card.
   • If a payment is declined , we reserve the right not to fulfil the booking.
     
3. Bookings Changes and Cancellation
   • Bookings cancelled up to the day before departure will be subject to an administration fee of £5. Bookings cancelled on the day of travel or after the date of travel will be charged at the full cost. No refunds are available for unused stays.
   • All changes and cancellations of bookings must be made directly to Scottish Parking by completeing the form on the contact page.
     
4. Liability and Insurance
   • Scottish Parking acts only as the booking agent for the car parking companies, all parking is subject to the terms and conditions of parking and insurance at the car park. In the event of a customer finding part or all of these conditions unacceptable on arrival at the car park, it is expressly stated that this will effect a full refund on the price paid for the booking.
     
5. Customer Service
   • Any comments or complaints should be be made by completeing the form on the contact page.
   • Scottish Parking will aim to reply within 2 working days and aims to have all issues resolved within 28 days.
